Information from

During pregnancy, hormones such as hCG, oestrogen and progesterol help the healthy development of the foetus. In healthy, non-pregnant women, the concentration of hCG hormone in urine is 3 IU/l. The hCG level is measured from the first days of conception until the 10th day of pregnancy. increases to about 230,000 IU/l by week 1.

This test detects pregnancy from a very early stage, as soon as the level of hCG in your urine reaches 5 IU/l. In very rare cases, as with most tests, results may be obtained.

Possible reasons for a false negative result:

– hCG levels may increase differently in some cases, so they may be too low to be considered in the very early stages of pregnancy
be detectable
– If the urine is too dilute, the test may show a negative result
Possible reasons for a false positive result – if your doctor has confirmed that you are not pregnant:
– The highest number of unsuccessful pregnancies occurs in the first 4 weeks. This is
can cause misleading results.
– The test cannot distinguish between intrauterine and ectopic pregnancy.
In both cases, the result can be positive.
– In non-pregnant women, hCG hormone levels peak in the middle of the menstrual cycle and may reach the detection limit.
– In some cases, a tumour may produce the hormone hCG, which may indicate a pseudo pregnancy.
– Levels of artificially administered hCG hormones in infertility treatment
can reach the detection limit, which can cause a false positive result. Pre-menopausal women may have increased hCG levels, although this is usually due to
remains below the normal, non-detectable limit.

Medication or disease, such as trophoblast disease, can affect hCG levels and cause false results. Contraceptive medication very rarely affects the outcome.

This in vitro diagnostic medical device is an immunochromatographic and qualitative lateral flow rapid test for the detection of human chorionic gonadotropin (HCG) in urine. If the urine sample is applied through the sample collection port of the test stick, the urine
migrates along the inner membrane by capillary action. The coloured line at the level of the result window serves as a procedural control, indicating that an adequate volume of sample has been added and that the wetting of the membrane was sufficient. The test stick consists of membranes coated with HCG antibodies. The detection limit for HCG in this test is 5 IU/l.

Test objective:

Detection of human chorionic gonadotropin (HCG) hormone.

The importance of the test:

It can be used to confirm pregnancy after unprotected sexual intercourse if pregnancy is suspected.

Biographical background:

The HCG hormone is produced by the trophoblast in the early stages of pregnancy.

It can be detected 8 days after the onset of pregnancy with a high-sensitivity test.

How the test works:

Chemical colour reaction (pH dependent). Accuracy 99%

Immunochromatography (as low as 5 mIU hCG/mL!) can detect a positive result.

We usually see a sensitivity of 10 mIU/mL with other early use tests, while CARE’s product is more sensitive, detecting pregnancy earlier and at lower HCG levels.

Components: test strips contain membranes coated with hCG antibodies.

Comparison:

Typically we see a sensitivity of 10 mIU/mL with other early use tests, while CARE’s product is more sensitive, actually detecting pregnancy earlier and at lower HCG levels.

MEGJEGYZÉSEK

Please read both pages of this manual directly before use.

Do not open the inner packaging until you are ready to test.

This viola test is a very sensitive test for the detection of hCG hormone (pregnancy hormone) in urine samples at concentrations of up to 5 IU/l (International Units (IU)/litre). It can detect pregnancy at the earliest stage, before the start of the next cycle (from day 8 after conception). It is recommended that the test is done with an early morning urine sample, as this is when hCG hormone levels are highest.

Contents of the set:

2 test sticks and absorbent, individually packed, with instructions for use.

In addition, a stopwatch and, if necessary, a clean container for collecting urine are needed

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

Place the test stick on the packaging, after 10-15 minutes read the test result using the help on the back of the guide.

APPRECIATION

If a purple line (control line) appears in the result window, it means the test is valid, but no hCG hormone is detected in the sample. This probably means that you are not pregnant. For a more reliable result, repeat the test in a few days with the second test cassette. If your period is more than a week late, we recommend you consult your doctor. Missing a Test Line Control line menstrual period can mean pregnancy, so it’s worth avoiding potential risks to the embryo, such as X-rays or alcohol consumption.

If two purple lines (both the control and test lines) appear in the result window, the urine sample contains hCG hormone. This probably means that you are pregnant, regardless of the strength of the line. A faint line may indicate a very early stage of pregnancy.
We recommend that you consult your doctor if you have delayed menstruation. Pregnancy care If you test positive but your cycle is still regular, we recommend using the viola Pregnancy Test or the EARLY Pregnancy Test again
after a few days. For more information on the test result, see the next column.

The test is invalid if no purple line appears within 15-20 minutes or if it appears only in the test line region. It is very rare for a test to be invalid. Possible causes include: damaged packaging, improper storage, or improper performance of the testing procedure, such as insufficient urine samples. In case of an invalid result, please keep all devices and contact the manufacturer.

Waiting longer than 20 minutes will invalidate the test. Always talk to your doctor before making important health decisions!

Dispose of the test accessories with your household waste after you have read the result.
