The conduct of and participation in the game is subject to these Rules.
If the Player does not accept or objects to these Rules or any of its provisions, he/she shall not be entitled to participate in the Game and shall be automatically disqualified from the Game.
For the purposes of the Game, posts that are particularly, but not exclusively. (i) contain obscene words, (ii) pornographic or sexual content, (iii) offend good taste, (iv) contain religious, political, hate speech or other offensive material, (v) contain an object other than the theme of the Game, or a sign other than the Organiser’s, or display competing brands or products, (vi) prominently display any other brand not manufactured or distributed by the Promoter, (vii) downloaded from a website or any other means, (viii) are of advertising value, (ix) damage the reputation of the Promoter, (x) infringe the copyright or other proprietary rights, personal data or interests of third parties, (xi) are unlawful, (xii) in the Organiser’s subjective judgement, do not fit within the concept of the Game. Such comments will be deleted immediately at the organiser’s discretion.
By participating in the prize draw,
– unconditionally and expressly gives his/her consent that, if he/she wins the game, his/her personal data (name, email address, postal address, date of birth), which are essential for the receipt of the prize, will be transmitted to Arvali Kft. for the purpose of the prize, the prize is subject to the provisions of the 2011 Act on the protection of personal data and the disclosure of data of public interest. CXII. in accordance with the provisions of the law;
– unconditionally consent to the processing of your data by Arvali Kft. for the purposes of the delivery of prizes in the course of this game. The personal data of the Players will be processed by Arvali Kft. to communicate with the Players and delete them after the successful delivery of the prizes;
– the lottery draw is conducted solely in a data processing capacity by Arvali Kft. staff are involved. They do not incur any liability for data management.
The competition is in no way sponsored by or associated with Facebook and Instagram. During the game, the participants will be able to win a prize from Arvali Ltd. and not directly to Facebook.
Prizes, winners
The winner will be drawn through the Be Social – Social Winner programme(https://socialwinner.besocial.hu/).
During the Game, the following prizes will be awarded to the Players:
We will raffle 5 tests of your choice with a maximum value of 5.000 HUF.
Prizes are non-cash and non-transferable.
The winner is not entitled to receive the prize if:
– not past 18 years old,
– if you do not respond to the agent’s request within 3 working days,
– if you cannot contact the winner via Facebook comment or direct Facebook message
in the form of a link,
– there is clear evidence that you have registered as a fake,
which gave him an undue advantage,
– there is clear evidence that the course/result of the Game has been in any way
trying to influence.
– violates any provision of these rules.
Receiving your winnings
Winning Players will receive their prize as follows:
The Promoter will notify the winning Players of the prize by electronic means. Within 3 business days of the announcement of the winners, if the winning player does not respond after two attempts to score, they will be deemed unavailable and will be disqualified from the Game. If the Promoter determines that the winning Player is “unavailable” or for any reason cannot be awarded their prize, a replacement winner will be selected by the Promoter. If the Winning Player is not available at all for any reason, and if he/she does not respond to the request within 4 days of the notification, or does not collect his/her prize at the agreed place and time for any reason, he/she is no longer entitled to collect the prize and may not claim any compensation.
Delivery of prizes
The details of the delivery of the prize will be agreed with the winner by the Promoter by e-mail. The prize will be delivered by the Promoter to the Player’s address in Hungary provided by the Player during the confirmation of the Notification by post or courier. The Promoter will attempt to deliver the prize twice, within 90 calendar days of the closing date of the Game. The Player must cooperate in order to receive the prize. If you fail to do so and the prize is not collected, the prize may no longer be collected and the Promoter shall have no liability whatsoever in this regard.

1.1. The data of the users participating in the game will be collected by Arvali Kft. for a specific purpose, solely for the purpose of communicating with you in relation to your services and your participation in this competition.

1.2. By accepting these Game Rules, the Player agrees that in case of winning, the personal data provided during the data reconciliation process may be used by Arvali Kft. publish it in the list of winners.
1.3. The Arvali Ltd. declares that it has complied with the legal requirements for data processing prior to the Games.
1.4. The Arvali Ltd. processes Players’ data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

1.6. The 2011 Act on the right to information self-determination and freedom of information. CXII. Act 20. § (1), it is necessary to specify the following in the context of the data management of the prize draw:

- (d) the duration of the processing,
- (e) the identity of the potential controllers who have access to the data,
- (f) a description of the rights of data subjects with regard to data processing.
1.7. Fact of processing, scope of data processed: first and last name, email address, municipality, date of participation, IP cm.
1.8. Stakeholders: all stakeholders participating in the games.
1.9. Purpose of data processing: to fulfil the function of the prize draws, to conduct the draw.
1.10. Duration of data processing, deadline for deletion of data: the data controller processes the data until the data subject’s request for deletion.
1.11. Potential controllers of the data: the personal data may be processed by the marketing and sales staff of the controller, in compliance with the above principles.
1.12. Description of the data subject’s rights in relation to data processing:The data subject may request the erasure of personal data at any time by e-mail to info@alabpharma.hu, by post to 1036 Budapest, Lajos utca 74-76 Fsz. 4.
1.13. Legal basis for data processing: the data subject’s voluntary consent, the Infotv. 5. § (1).
Data transmission to the co-organiser
2.1. The 2011 Act on the right to information self-determination and freedom of information. CXII. Act 20. § (1), the following shall be specified in the data transfer activities of the Organiser:
- a) the fact of data collection,
- b) the persons concerned,
- (c) the purpose of the data collection,
- (d) the duration of the processing,
- (e) the identity of the potential controllers who have access to the data,
- (f) a description of the rights of data subjects with regard to data processing.
2.2. The fact of processing, the scope of the data processed. Data transmitted: first and last name, e-mail address, postal code.
2.3. Data subjects: all data subjects participating in the Games.
2.4. Purpose of processing: transfer of the Player’s data for the purpose of creating/building an eDM database.
2.5. Duration of data processing, deadline for erasure of data: after the transfer, the data subject may request the erasure of his/her personal data from the new controller.
2.6. Potential controllers of the data: personal data may be processed by the following, in compliance with the principles set out above:
